From choosing your dates to returning your rentals, here’s exactly what to expect when you book with Mercury Celebrations.

Choose your pickup and return dates and times so you can see what’s available for your celebration.

Rental period: A one-day rental covers pickup or delivery on your scheduled start day and return by 12:00 noon the following day. For example, Saturday morning pickup with Sunday noon return counts as one rental day.

1.Pick Your Dates

Browse individual rentals or select one of our ready-made bundles. Add what you need to your cart and head to checkout. Want something you don’t see? Ask us about it. We may be able to get it in time for your party!

2. Choose Your Rentals

Pay a 25% booking retainer to secure your rental date and inventory. Your retainer is applied toward your total rental cost.

3. Reserve Your Items

We’ll send your rental agreement for review and signature so everybody knows exactly what to expect before your celebration.

4. Sign Your Rental Agreement

Your remaining 75% rental balance is due 48 hours before pickup or delivery. At that time, we’ll also arrange the refundable security deposit hold associated with your rentals.

5. Get Ready to Celebrate

Pick up your rentals at your scheduled time, or choose delivery when available. Delivery requires a $50 minimum rental order and is currently $1 per mile each way to cover delivery and pickup.

6. Pickup or Delivery

Gather your friends, your family… your people, take way too many pictures, eat something delicious, and make some fun and cherished memories.

7. Celebrate! 🥳

Return your rentals at the scheduled time and in good condition. Once everything is inspected and checked back in, we’ll release your refundable security deposit hold.

8. Return Your Rentals

Note: Your financial institution determines when released funds become available.

You walk away with the memories. We get the privilege of helping make them happen.
