How Renting Works

Everything you need to bring people together, without having to buy or store it all.

Step 1. Choose your dates and items

Select the pickup and return dates, then browse available tables, chairs, decor, games, and hosting essentials

Step 2. Reserve your rentals

Pay the rental retainer (25% of your total rental fees + tax) shown at checkout and sign your rental agreement to lock in your items for your selected dates.

Step 3. Pick up & celebrate

Your remaining rental balance and refundable security deposit are due 48 hours before pickup. Collect your rentals at your scheduled time and enjoy your gathering. Return everything on time, clean, glitter-free, and in its original condition and your security deposit hold will be released to you.

Before You Book: Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is one rental period?

One rental period is a one-day rental. Pickup starts at 7am and items must be retuned no later than 7pm the day they are due back.

At checkout, you will be asked to pay a rental retainer of 25% of your rental total, including sales tax. Your retainer will be applied toward your total rental balance. The remaining 75% of your rental balance will be due 48 hours before you pick up your items.

  • How much do I pay to reserve and when is the balance due?

  • Why is a security deposite required?

A temporary hold is placed on your card to cover potential damage, missing items, or additional cleaning. The amount is shown at checkout. After your rentals are returned and inspected, we release the hold if no charges apply under your rental agreement. Your bank determines when the funds become available again.

  • Is delivery available, and how much does it cost?

Limited local delivery is available for rental orders of $50 or more, subject to availability. Delivery is charged at $1 per mile driven from our Junction City location - example, your celebration is 5 miles from Mercury HQ. The estimated delivery fee is $10, ($5 to deliver and $5 to pick up). Contact us with your event address for a delivery quote before booking.

Customers are responsible for setup and takedown. Please return rentals reasonably clean, with food and grease removed and all pieces included. Keep items free of glitter, paint, marker, and silly string. A mesh laundry bag is provided for returning linens. Please follow the care and return instructions included with your order.
